I weigh every day. Log it on the app happy scale. On a daily basis I just log it and close the app. I look at my moving average at the end of 2 weeks. If average is up then I tighten up logging etc If average is the same I am pleased to have maintained because I am in maintenance mode. I always check my average at the end…

I use moving average for all the trends except for "all time". I like looking at the trend numbers way more than the actual highs and lows.

Every day. I use the happy scale app and look at my 10 day moving average. I love seeing the trend. And I don't have to worry about "weigh in day".

5'0" 45 years old. 1200 net calories.. I am not 100% with my logging of foods but I also try and underestimate my exercise calories... 1200 sucks but when you are short that is how it goes.. I lose slowly but steadily.

I have run 4 marathons and 5 half marathons and a lot of races of shorter distances. In the full marathon (I just ran one in April) I took Gels at miles 5, 10, 15 and 20. Every 40-50 mins. you have to keep refueling on these longer distances. When I train I usually take one Gel per hour of running, if i'm running over 90…
