Hi all, I've been using Happy Scale for the past few months and it's definitely been extremely motivating being able to track my daily weight and rate of loss. Up until now, I've been tracking using my Record Low weights because they were always higher  but this month was weird in that my record low weight difference was half a lb but my moving average was a 3 lb loss. I've included my loss stats for the past 4 months to give you guys a better visual.

Just curious, which method do you prefer/trust?

April:
Avg -2.4
Low -2.9

May:
Avg -3.9
Low -4.6

June:
Avg -1.5
Low -2.9

July:
Avg -3.0
Low -0.6

I use moving average for all the trends except for "all time". I like looking at the trend numbers way more than the actual highs and lows.

I use record low. AS long as by the end of the month I weight less at the beginning. my favorite feature is the graph. as long as the graph s going down long term, I am happy.

I've only been using Happy Scale for about 2 weeks, and still have it set on actual weights. I need to play around with it a bit, but I'm happy with what it's showing me so far.
