Yeah.. well I realized I had an emotional connection to food years ago haha, can't seem to get to the root of it though. and I can't stop.. I'm scared it will never change and will always stop me from being who I want to be.

I personally don't like this diet. The first 2 weeks is extremely difficult without any carbs and once you begin to incorporate them back into your eating you will gain weight. I had a friend who lost about 30 pounds on it and has gained all of that + back.

I completely understand. I battle this everyday. This is what I do - GET OUT OF THE HOUSE/or wherever the food is. Being in the same place as it only makes the craving worse for me.
