I feel like I'm doing everything I can..

And the weight is barely coming off. It took me almost two months to lose 4 pounds. I eat my allotted calories and workout between 3-5 times a week. I wanted to lose at LEAST 10 pounds by September. I was shooting for 15-20 but now I'm feeling like that's not possible. I don't know what's going on here, and I'm getting very frustrated. Here are a couple of reasons I was thinking may be hindering my success..
1. not drinking enough water
2. too many trips to the frozen yogurt place
3. eating late at night

If anyone has any idea how to speed up the process just a LITTLE not enough to make this journey unhealthy, just enough to get me going? I'd love the advice.

what is your current total calorie intake and macro splits?

age/height/weight and current exercises routine would also help

the water could play a role... but the other two, if they are within your calorie/macros then they are fine. are you working out?

You should make your diary public so we can see what you're eating :)

I took the suggestion to eat "wet" food and that helped. Not so much rice, crackers, and other dry food. Trade it for more veggie snacks and fresh fruit. Just a tiny suggestion that may play a part. Also the other advice of cutting out junk food for the high sodium and sugar contents. Just keep at it and it will work! No time limits for your body's clock!

I disagree a little about if they are in your calories no problem I have been to alot of froyo stores in northern NJ and there are tons of calories that can be hiding there overfill your cup be generous with the toppings a second flavor that could add up it would be different if you bought it at store and brought home a container that told you one cup 300 calories and you ate the cup you know 300 cals no problem but in store could be 250 or maybe 500 cals or more
maybe you pass there for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference

I believe "nutrition calories" also trump "empty calories" for weight loss. When I get stuck or stubborn, I need to remind myself that nothing changes unless I change. So what do I want to give up to make it happen? You have to "give up" something to make it happen. Doing the same thing hasn't been working.
