INSANITY!!!! Its super hard, but eventually addicting and worth it. I saw more results more quickly from insanity than anything else, and not just weight loss, but at the doctor I got told my heart had gotten in better shape after I did it, as well as I found muscles popping out I had never had.

This! I quit taking mine as well because I was crazy. My life became an emotional rollercoaster. I could not control my emotions, and I would take it out on everyone else. I also deal with Seasonal Affect Disorder. Living in the good old midwest we have dark winters, and my bc made this worse. I'm so thankful to be off.

I'm not sure. about this time last year I got down to my original goal, which was 110 and I honestly didnt like it. my head is too big haha! I havent done my measurements yet, i"ll try to on sunday. As far as weigh in, i tend to fluctuate alot when I'm in this range so it seems i had a great couple weeks but I wont be shocked to see it go up before next weigh in. SW: 129lbs 10/28/11 weight: 123.5 lbs

I use an exercise ball (on the days i don't wear a skirt or dress!) I noticed this strengthening up my obliques, i guess because I use them to balance on it. But i would love to hear other ideas!
