I am doing good on water and calories but have only exercised one day this week. But that is better than most weeks.

Going to be under my calorie goal today with 64 ounces of water. I only missed my goal one day this week. I am ready for the next challenge which I think will be the hardest for me thus far.

I went over on my calories on Friday due to going out for lunch and dinner. I will try and do better the rest of the week.

Good on my calories today and downed 80 ounces of water.

Only had 980 calories today and 80 ounces of water. I had a Burger King veggie burger today for lunch and it was pretty good. It is a little bit more calories than the Subway 6" turkey breast that I normally have.

About 400 Cal under my 1680 goal. Downed about 80 ounces of water.

Pretty sure I hit at least 64 for all days

76 ounces of water, 3 cups coffee and 1 diet coke. Still hanging in there, I will try and drink more water tomorrow.

92 ounces of water and 3 cups coffee an no soda. This is better than I have done in a long time.

I work as a manufacturing engineer so I spend an average of 10 hours a day in front of a computer. When I get home I have no desire to exercise, just want to eat and veg out. I am hoping the group will help me get motivated to do what I need to do. I am looking forward to the challenge.
