Thank you so much for the well wishes! I'm over the cold/cough/flu thing. It's a killer when you have allergies too because you feel sick, but you know no one can get it from you. But you still feel icky and want to skip the workouts. Also thank you for the advice. I appreciate it!

Oh you are so right. I didn't go to my gym at all that week because even with the whole "sanitize after everything you use" I wasn't taking any chances.

Hi there! Welcome! I am new(again because I gave up a long time ago but am back at it) and I actually have a goal to run a marathon next year! I was talking to my trainer and he said lean protein is very important. I want to talk to him about it more, and could let you know what he says to me :)

Zumba is amazing!!!! I used to do it twice a week at my old gym a couple years ago. Unfortunately, I had to leave that gym because I could not afford it anymore. and I miss it so bad. It is great for burning lots and lots of calories. It also helped me over my plateau back then. Good luck and hope you like it!

I get 9 grain Honey Oat bread with turkey, lettuce, and pickle. I also have them add a tiny bit of oil and spices. I tried it without the oil and most of the spices just would not stick in the sandwich. A little bit of it goes a long way though, and I do not feel so guilty about ti when I watch everything else I am eating…
