Hello! I am new to myfitness pal, but I'm excited to get started
I'm planning on running a half marathon over the summer and my training just started, but I really need to focus on what I'm eating. Let me know if you guys have any nutrition suggestions and feel free to friend me!

Hi there! Welcome! I am new(again because I gave up a long time ago but am back at it) and I actually have a goal to run a marathon next year! I was talking to my trainer and he said lean protein is very important. I want to talk to him about it more, and could let you know what he says to me0
