I have the same problem! All my discipline goes out the window starting friday evening.. It seems like I lost a pound during the week and gain it right back over the weekend! I don't really have an answer for you but am curious to see what some people might do to get around this!

I had a similar weekend.. lots of good food around and could not help it! But worked out today and now hoping to exercise more self control next time! My point is -- happens to all of us.. just have to put it behind us and be better next time!

Just keep at it.. 2 weeks is too soon to be worried about this! Depending on a lot of factors, it may take upto 2 months for you to see any results. Just know that if you keep exercising regularly and eat healthy, you body has no choice but to lose weight. Be patient and keep at it, and you will definitely lose more!

week 2 - still 150lbs. Not sure why but I am stuck at 150! Hopefully the coming week will be better!

Just for today: I will keep in mind that it takes a few weeks at least for my weight loss to show on the scale and not get frustrated because I weigh the same as I did last week!

I am having the same problem - I went from 160 lbs to 150lbs but now am stuck at 150!! I am watching what I eat and exercising but the weight just does not drop. My friends tell me, it might take a couple of months for the results to show. I try to replace my normal snacks with carrots, cucumbers, fruits or a granola bar!…
