  • Strength training worked for me! I do HIIT cardio a few times a week and lift 3-4 times a week. It's worked so much better for me than only doing cardio. I have a personal trainer through my gym, so I can't suggest a specific program. Like TavistockToad said though, you have to find what works for you. I naturally have…
  • Sorry to hear you had a rough day! Glad you were able to bounce back though :)
  • Finally had a few minutes to find this! It's Dr. Oz's 100 foods list. Its not a list I live by, but it's a pretty good resource, in my opinion. http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/100-foods-dr-oz-wants-your-shopping-cart And there's a whole section on snacks/treats/desserts!

As for snacks - I'm a huge avocado fan, so I make guacamole and dip my veggies in it. For my guac: I mash an avocado, add a spoonful or two of salsa, then add garlic…
  • Hi everyone!! I'm Jessica. I'm 25, and I'm a nanny. When I started on my fitness pal, I was 198lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. I was a swimmer in high school, so I never had "real" weight issues until college (any penn staters here?!?! We are...!!). I've lost a little over 30lbs since I changed my diet/lifestyle (which…
