No, push is just single move of whatever muscle. I got used to it so Lean is killing me!

I dont really get DOMs anymore. Ive still been trying for 15lbs on most of Lean stuff but I think I may drop to 10s as well. I also start out heavier & then move lighter by last 2/3 exercises. My core is pretty good, but its also where I need most help. I def feel them sucked in more the following day.

Lean is definitely the hardest for me, is it for everyone? I just do NOT love these workouts but mainly because they are hard for me I guess. I want to be able to do pushups on toes but I cant eek our more than a few. I just wish my wrists were stronger.

Welcome & congrats to you for wanting to get your muscle tone back. I took the opposite approach & lost a bunch b4 I started to tone up. I wanted to be able to see my hard work. Agree plank or PU on wall. Im on 2nd week of Lean & still cant do PUs very well due to my wrists

I dont think there is any harm in trying a different phase's circuit if you cant do pushups. I think my max in push was 27.5lbs & probably more cuz my wrist couldnt handle more. My arms are pretty even I guess.

Well you kind of are but if your Dr is saying it then its probably for the best. How long do you need to avoid them for? Maybe you could switch programs until you can get back at it w/o mods. Sorry I know it stinks!

Army crawl is plank & bring knee to elbow. I thought I tried something like it doing BodyRock & hated it but this was easy.

I think planks are hard though they certainly dont hit all muscles PUs do. lean 1 has a bunch of PUs too though, I know as I just did it! Most replacement involve chest flys & other exercises it doesnt sound like you're supposed to do either.

Never tried TF but the cardio circuits in CLX are HIITs though I cant compare to TF Ive only done the clx cardio a handful of times in 2m, as I usually have a zumba class or swap it for something else. I do think they are good workouts but I get bored FAST & I just need a chalene breather. see how you feel after doing it

The wall is a good idea! I still am pretty bad at PUs as my wrists are weak. I can do a few on toes but never all & always move to toes. It really does help to keep trying. ALso keeping abs & butt tight also helps me. DOes something hurt or you just can't lift yourself up?

Don't know about the Firm either. I would take anyone's abs on CLX, though it does make me a tad annoyed when they talk about that one woman who has 7 kids or whatever she has. I highly doubt she did not have tummy tuck surgery after having twins & quads! unless she had them early....

I wouldnt say Push did much for my gut, its slightly tighter but in 2 days of Lean I felt it tighter. Overall I guess its shrunk a bit. I will confess that I rarely do the ab wo though as I usually do other cardio

Welcome to CLX! Push was my fav because I just amazed myself how much I could actually lift! Id much rather lift super heavy for 6-8 reps than anything for 10-12 :) Lots of ppl also like it as its a focused move vs compound movements as in Burn & Lean so it feels like more work & it sorta is :)

I did not really take a break & dont feel like it really hurt me at all...I just follwed normal rest day schedule regardless of day of week I started on. sometimes my schedule is off since I occasionally do an extra cardio day if I have a class.
