Is your toning band doubled up? It was so long & I didnt want to cut it I just doubled it though obviously that makes it harder. My hamstrings are killing me from that bicep curl with hami lift!!

Any advice for starting Push? In general how much more were you lifting over Burn? I'm excited for something new but I like the combined muscle group routines.

How close do you follow schedule?
For the most part I follow schedule but I do have a Zumba class on Tues nite that I don't miss. I do skip my chalean wo that day & then pick up where I left off the next day. Wrist support recommendation for lifting with carpel tunnel
I have carpel tunnel & weak wrists. Now that I started Chalean Extreme, which I love, my wrist started hurting again. I have some wrist support that I wore in past when doing pushups, but wondering if there is something that works really well. The pain was stopping me from lifting & I had to lower weights.
