No gyms in the UK opening :(
-
I thought they were an 80s thing
-
I hate people with home gyms - it's not fair :p
-
lol I thought it was talking about trainers i.e. shoes lol

I hate peanut butter!

your adjustment on MFP isn't your exercise calories, rather your activity level over what MFP has set for you and thinks you will burn for the day total with the deficit.
-
I eat them a lot. When I've come home after the pub (not all the time), when my OH is on a late shift and I don't fancy cooking after 10 pm, many reasons really.

800 ish calories I think
-
I don't shower I take a bath

I'm a student who has classes in the same room all day, no campus walking for me. My uni is also 5 mins from train station and my house 8 mins away the other end. :p :p

I'm still mulling over the 500 steps per day thing. I've had days where I've sat in the same spot all day and only gotten up for the bathroom or food and have over 2000 steps. If you are going out for walks then you have done way more than 500. Hell, I've just done 60 steps from the bedroom to the living room (next door)…

Yesterday I burnt 2205 and only did 7978 steps and 3.27 miles. I am 5'2" but slightly heavier than the OP (164).
-
I understand that for the current day but for past days it was off so the numbers didn't match up. Thursday + Fridays was spot on so I take it it's a sync issue.
-
my 28 day average is 15,254 steps and 2785 calories.

Confusing as if I worked to net (which I try to do), I'd go way over my 'goal' in the first screen. I just need to ignore that screen
-
thank you. I thought it must have been that.
-
I understand that. I'd like to understand these two screens more that's all.

What do you mean by over burning? A high TDEE is a good thing, trying to burn 1800 via exercise isn't. Why aim for a TDEE, just do you're everyday activities + exercise, let your TDEE lead you.
-
I still haven't figured out how to find this

Fruit wholemeal anything yogurt kale nuts
-
Slightly understand the haggus (it's lovely btw) but scotch eggs nothing unusual about them, maybe a British thing.
-
Rather you eat more than 800 calories and them what you burned (TDEE) made your NET 800. He is talking about 800 total.
-
That looks like one meal rather than a whole day!
-
'Monitor my weight' as it connects to fitbit
-
Must be Happy Scale as it's not trendweight/libra or monitor my weight. I'd love an app with the information above.
