Impact on my day
What does this all mean? Why does a workout from say two days ago impact today's numbers? The + numbers are the workout for that day but the of xxx steps/calories are of the current day. What is the point of this screen?

How to do body measurements?
Whenever I take measurements it is either always the same or higher than my previous measurement. I am clearly losing weight - a bit here, a bit there. Even my OH has noticed but my measurements basically stay the same. Could I be measuring wrong or it is that I'm just not losing from those areas?

Calorie adjustment confusion
I have a fitbit and have negative adjustment on. Both mfp and fitbit are set to a 500 calorie deficit. Is the 'Fitbit Calories Burned' clicking on 'Fitbit Calorie Adjustment' in the exercise dairy what I burnt in full throughout the day or does it include the deficit? I think my struggle with the gym is going when it's busy, so I need to find a suitable time for me. My scale is currently v38 but the latest version is v39. Each time I use it I get the 'up dating' message then the 'no update' message. I have tried placing it right in front of the router but nothing, it's getting annoying now!

So I have the Aria scale and love it most of the time. It has to stay in the exact same place to get accurate readings, I go between 151-155lbs. Is anyone else having issues syncing mfp to connect & connect to mfp? I no longer have them connected and when I try to do this nothing happens.
