I recently got a myzone HR monitor as part of my membership at a new gym. When I search online MYzone state it can connect to MFP but there are no instruction. I can't see myzone on mfps list of apps or mfp listed on myzone.

I have tried connecting myzone to google fit but even though they are connect no workouts are sent over to google fit.

Am I missing something? It's not the end of the world if I can't do this but would be nice if I could.

I had a watch style HRM device (can't recall name) where the company created app had no syncing ability and rather limited and buggy, but others had run with creating their own app - it was another app that could sync with MFP, or maybe it was a go-between app like Pacer, but that worked.

Sadly the device just counted calories weird, like unstated base calories, only showing what was above, and IIRC, that caused flaky numbers to come into MFP that were unusable really.

So you might see if other Android apps that support the device, and one of those syncs with MFP.

    Connecting Myzone with MyFitness Pal

Myzone uses Bluetooth, ANT+, and analog technology to connect with 3rd party devices and apps such as MyFitness Pal. Although Myzone does not directly pair with the MyFitness Pal app, it does read the activity from your Apple Health or Google Fit. If you are already sharing Myzone data with Apple Health or Google Fit, then the data will read to your MyFitness Pal app as well...........
