I got started on MFP at the beginning of the year as part of my new years resolution. I'm 5'3" and I think I would be fine with weighing 135. I plan to re-evaluate once I'm there. I would love to get down to 125 if I think it will look good on me. We shall see.

GM, I'm 5.3 and1/2 goal weight is 135. Would love to get down to 125 but like so many others, I plan to re-evaluate at that point. At my age 125 might be a bit much. My caloric intake is 1200 daily. I do eat my exercise calories only if I am hungry, if I think I can go without eating them then I do.
