I recommend DVD's and mix it up so you dont get bored. I have a library of them and when I get bored I know I have others. I also use the WII go for walks with my dogs and run my neighborhood. Don't force yourself to eat more foods, try almonds and dried fruit for a snack with yoru yogurt. I like to put peanut butter on my apples and today I even had some Nutella as a treat on my apple. Have you tried Jillian Michaels workout with weights. It is a kettlebell workout and is awesome! I love this workout and their are two different levels. It works you hard and you feel terrific!

Circuit training is one of the best workouts your can do for your body. I am teaching a boot camp (circuit training) class now and it really gets results. You will be sore but you will love it when you get in to it. good luck and have fun!

I would not increase my cals, I would simply make sure that I am getting some form of exercise in. Your cals increase when you do this and then you get to eat more. I think that increasing now might impact your already amazing loss....

you can get a thicker piece of wood (scrap) and put it under your scale, then it will be on a hard surface. I always weight myself on the second floor, I never heard that one!

I did the same workout this morning! I looked up kettlebell workout and it burns about 300 cals per 20 minutes. I use that as the ratop because that seems like alot. Even if I do 25 minutes I use 300 cals. If I do 45 or more I increase the calorie burn based on that. I need a hear rate monitor! Hope this helps

I have both and I still use both. I like to alternate my workouts alot so I do turbo jam twice a week and I do 30 day shred once or twice. I incorporate other workouts too though. Mesquite turkey and cheddar (weight watchers) 2 slices of bacon and lettuce on arnolds lite whole wheat bread and lite thousand island dressing. I love pineapple as well!!! The other thing to think about is apples for snacks and any citrus fruit between or after meals. Citrus helps breakdown fats!!!

Try finding fruit that is sweet. I like dried fruit even though it has more calories and sugar it takes away the sweet tooth. Plus you are eating fruit.
