I save some calories and have a small glass of wine or green tea along with a little dark chocolate sometimes. This is perfect on a Friday night in or during the week while I watch TV. Note: Keep the dark chocolate out of site in the freezer.

Im still trying to lose about 5-8 pounds. Its hard to take the last few off. I know what to do to lose weight and be healthy (im a personal trainer) but it is sooo hard to do it for myself. Im in no way overweight but have vanity pounds that I hate and make me uncomfortable. You can add me!!:smile:

Im sorry but I would NOT want to look like her. I have strong legs from ballet and calves that are rediculous. I like my calves but would never want thighs like that or even her abs. I just want a flat belly, not a manly belly.

I was doing turbo fire at one point. Might restart it but that incorporates HIIT training and I really like it. I feel great after I do it!

I like to cut up strawberries and put a drizzle of reduced sugar hersheys choclate syrup and a dollop of fat free whip cream. I put it in a small dessert cup and cherish it. I get berries (which is great for weight loss) and I get my sweet craving.

A six pack is great if you know how to carry it. I prefer a man who is in shape and can keep up with me but does not have to be chissled. I will say I dont mind a little chissle at times!! :)

I fully understand your frustration. It really depends on what foods you are eating. You can eat within your calories but if you eat out alot and do not consume alot fo fruits and veggies you are bound to gain weight.
