This is what I do as well and have always done. I lost 50 lbs with this method on Weight Watchers so it can work with any plan. I've always believed the body and the mind needs a "break" but may not always work for some people.

I ride horses and am a 42DD. I have to wear a regular bra and a sports bra as well for them to stay anywhere near put. I've gotten so used to that feeling that I don't know what it would be like to only wear one when riding. lol
