I might suggest taking a very cold shower, it will cool your body temperature down faster and make it so the sweat isn't as necessary later. Other than that I have no idea how to stop it.

Ok, I finished out the week strong, I wanted to get past what I did last week so I had a good time today. 3/24 Basketball game - 60 mins Calories burned for the day is 1083 with a total of 4492 for the week.

March 24 I had a total of 8 servings of fruits and veggies today. It consisted of cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, green peppers, tomato, oranges and strawberries. 3/23 Today I had a total of 8 servings of fruits and veggies which makes a total of 30 for the week so far. I did a smoothie for breakfast and that really helped to get some of the fruits in that I have been struggling with! I think I will try that again tomorrow and see if I like it again.

Today was a little tougher to get everything in because I had to stay at work and eat so I couldn't get my normal salad for lunch in. I did manage to get 6 in though. 3/18 Walking 3.5mph - 15mins Calories Burned 99 Total calories burned for the challenge 3528. I manage to finish it even with it being a week of being sick most of the week. It feels good to hit a goal you set for yourself!

Yes every once in a great while something will scan incorrectly. By and large it is correct and by far the best feature of MFP. I absolutley love that I can scan the barcodes and be done very quickly. It takes a couple of seconds to verify that it is correct, but still saves you a ton of time from having to enter…

PW: 233.3 CW: 230.6 The scale was jumping all over the place this morning, I got 3 different numbers that were quite a bit apart so I just decided to go with the middle one. I guess if I have a huge loss next week we will know that I should have gone with the lower number.
