  • I use allrecipes.com But I am a picky eater, so the more sites I can look at, the more choices I can have. Thanks everyone. :flowerforyou: Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
  • I personally put on 20 pounds during December of this past year. And my joints (hips) started hurting terribly bad when ever I made a move. So I decided it was time to take my life back. I am on High Blood Pressure, cholestoral, asthma, and acid reflux medicines. And I would love to lose enough weight to stop the joint…
  • I too, hope you get to feeling better soon. Take care of your back. :flowerforyou: And now I know why I skipped out on most of the plank work. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
  • I thought that was the original plan when this group was started. So yes, I have the Ripped dvd already to go next week. :-} Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
  • I'm still not feeling too well tonight, but I did try to do at least level one, got through 2/3rd of it. But I am sneezing like crazy, so I finally had to give it up for tonight. I've not done too well this last level, so I don't think my numbers will be going down very much, if any this time around measuring. Hope you are…
  • I am not seeing much change in myself either, but I have been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shredd and took my measurements. Tape measure doesn't lie. I lost an inch in all three areas (bust, waist and hips each) And my hubby says he can definately see the difference in my waist. And my jeans fit a little better. So…
  • I try to find new friend with about the same weight or goal as I have. I don't always post comments everyday, but I try to every now and then. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

  • I can tell a difference also. Looking good. Keep up the great job. :flowerforyou:
  • I am in a group that started doing the 30DS on Feb 1st. And we have all lost any where from 1/2 to 1 1/2 here and there in the first 10 day measurement/weigh in day last week. We are keeping up with bust, waist and hip. I had lost 1/2 inch on all 3 areas each, the the 10 days prior to starting with the group and I only did…
  • Another day done. Just a few more day then Level 3 here we come. I think I will check it out this weekend, to see what kind of pain I can look forward to next week. But the way I have been going, I think I may need to do Shredd one more month before I start Riipped. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Woo-Hoo, Looking good. I don't feel I am having that much of a change yet. But I'm hoping. Level 2 is killing me. But my husband says he can diffently see and feel the difference in my waist. Will start level 3 on Tuesday. I have not checked out this level yet. I'm hoping I can do it better than I have been in Level 2.…
  • Well, personally, I'm still here. I just haven't felt well the last couple of nights. I am trying to get the energy to do one tonight, since I didn't do it last night. Of course, level 2 is some harder than level 1 (anything plank), but I find some easier (pendulum lunges with the bicep curls). But I can aleast say, WE ARE…
  • I have been doing 30 DS with a group ( http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/2601-shred-it-in-february-2012-nikki1anna ). We started on Feb 1 and moved to level 2 on day 10. I find doing it with a group support has helped. Maybe you should find a group that is getting ready to start and do it along with them. I still…
  • I picked up Ripped today. I heard it was harder, but I expected that. All I have to say is Good luck to us all.... Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
  • When the group was origially started I understood it to be Ripped would be March. I'm still over 200 and need the easier stuff. Who knows, I may need to do shredd over again. But I still plan on getting Ripped at Wally World this weekend. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
  • Don't worry, you definately not the only ones that likes the ab works. But I am still having issues doing the plank ones. Or anything plank. But I now find that I can FINALLY do the walk out to push up thing. Yah me! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods
  • Well, I told the few I work with, because I do log every meal. We are a laid back type office in the country, and we have a full kitchen. So when we eat, we go to the kitchen and cook out lunches. But the others I work with all are pretty fit and really don't need to lose any, but they have been supportive of me. Then I…
  • Looking at the figures. I have to agree. Everyone is doing great, even if it is only a small change. It is a change none the less. Keep up the great work everybody. :flowerforyou:

  • All I can say is "WOW you look fabulous!" Are you sure you are still over 200? I can only wish I could look as little as you do. I am at 206 as of this morning and I am just under 5'6". Keep up the great work. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods
  • I have noticed, that IF I weigh as soon as I get up in the morning, I weigh more than in I just wait 5 minutes. (I guess it's like when you care a sleeping child to bed, and they call it caring dead weight) So I now get up go to the restroom, brush my teeth, then I go weigh, I will weigh about 1 to 2 pounds lighter in…
  • Day 7 Done.... I have to say I have been really happy with my hubby this last few weeks. He has been very quite and has been letting me do my exercises in peice and quite. He never makes fun of me, but the way he would be supportive was too vocal. Now remember I am over 200 pounds, and he would say things like, it's okay…
  • Day 6 Level 1, DONE..... Getting easier finally. I actually did more jumpin' jacks than I had been. Hope all is doing good also.
  • my day 5 is also done. (And I don't recommend eating chili either.) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Luckily, my weight is going down a little at a time, but I have not changed anything in my diet, except eat less. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • We should all see a difference on the spread sheet. I had done the workout off and on for a week and a half before we officially started the 30DS. I had lost an half inch here and there already. And I didn't push to hard during the work outs. So I am really looking forward to the results at the end of each 10 day period.…

  • Mine is a tankini with boy shorts. I too am hoping it will look alot better this year. BUT if I have to go and buy another one, I'll be just as excited. (I buy at Wal-Mart) Total suit under $40. I'm sure my hubby wouldn't mind having to buy me another one, even though he thinks I'm sexy as I am. (Sorry I don't get sexy out…
  • I also have day 2 done. Was able to do a little earlier tonight, as hubby is at a meeting. And I think the jogging helps when I can't complete the jumping jacks completely. As I say, I try to keep moving at least. Keep up the good work everyone :flowerforyou:
