We are bad at noticing changes in ourselves. It will show soon (I suspect it does already) keep at it, well done

A t 11 lbs I don't see it but I am able to fit into jeans that were way too tight that I had stopped wearing them because I couldn't do them up a month ago. Keep at it you will see it oh and take photos.

I am not seeing much change in myself either, but I have been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shredd and took my measurements. Tape measure doesn't lie. I lost an inch in all three areas (bust, waist and hips each) And my hubby says he can definately see the difference in my waist. And my jeans fit a little better. So hopefully, I will see my self differently soon. Good luck in your journey.

How much weight you have to lose plays a big part. It will be much harder to notice a 15 lb weight loss on someone that has a lot of weight to lose than if someone only has a small amount to lose.

Are you doing measurements in addition to the scale?

I've lost around 15 pounds and I can tell it a little bit but what BUGS me is I can't get in my smaller pants.
