  • MFP suggests drinking 8 glasses of water each day, not 8 miscellaneous beverages. Water is water is water.

  • This week I've been eating lean turkey breast meat with home-made fat-free tzatziki, quinoa and sliced red pepper. Another favourite of mine is chicken with diced apple, a tablespoon of shredded cheese and hummus.
  • I also love quinoa! One thing I do to add flavour is buy a very low-fat coconut milk and cook the quinoa in 50% water and 50% coconut milk. It's amazing!
