  • You can all add me if you like. I did one round of Turbo Fire last summer, then another, then a round of Chalean Extreme. I just finished Insanity (which I HATED). Right now I am doing the lean for life phase of CLX with Turbo Fire on the cardio days. I love both of these programs!!

  • I have done 1, only 1, and I am on week 4 of Lean. I am going to try to bring my arms in some, maybe they are still too far apart? I find them VERY difficult, borderline impossible!

  • Lean 1 week 2 done, 251 calories burned. I am getting stronger. I was able to do more reps and move up in weights! Oh, and I did 10 tricep extensions on each arm in plank! I loath planks, but I am getting better with them!

  • Yes. It definately helps to have protien in the morning. I either have a whole wheat english muffing with 1 tsb of peanut butter, oatmeal, or egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin in the morning. It keeps me full for about 3 hours!
