I agree!!! It is discouraging!! I went shopping after Christmas and had a MAJOR wake-up call, the extra larges in most of the stores weren't fitting. It would be so fun to be able to be able to see something I loved and be able to get it in my size and feel like it looks good!! That in itself is motivating. We can do it :)

wow- thanks so much for all the feedback everyone!!! And congrats to those who have quit or cut-back their soda intake. It sounds like my best option is to go cold-turkey. I think this would be best for me as well, as I feel I am an "all or nothing" person. The hard part is going to be that I will not be able to keep it…
