I was in the same situation. I was drinking about a cup of full sugar, full fat hazlenut creamer every morning, which is almost 500 calories! I can't really stomach black coffee so I switched to sugarfree creamer which is 15 calories a tablespoon instead of 35 and I put a limited amount in.

shana_phoenix- I get the Dave's bagels, called "Good Seed Halos", in the natural foods section of the grocery store Fred Meyers. Not sure if you have those where you are but if you're finding the bread, the bagels can't be too far away :)

What do you think of Crossfit? Will that kind of training be effective in shedding pounds? Or do I need to do supplemental cardio as well?

I am 5'4 and 134lbs, I was down to 130 a couple weeks ago but gained. I wasn't doing any real exercise so I've started incorporating that in the form of crossfit bootcamp 3x/week and am hoping that will be the push I need to lose 14lbs. I would be happy at 125 but my real ideal weight is 120.
