making family meals at home the whole family likes with half the calories and fat and no salt they arent happy about the flavor difference. taking time out for me away from everyone to workout.

I just started and I have the same problem I ignore it most of the time as long as Im losing weight I figure It doesnt matter right now I'll deal with it when I get there.

It could also be cause you lost so much your first week that your body thinks it should store food this week. JUST LIKE SECOND WEEK ON BIGGEST LOSER. So just keep it up and dont give up It takes time for your body to adjust to changes.

I was 218 lbs at my heavest Im 192 lbs now and was 195 when I started on here my goal is 150 lbs at least

Good job you know what your weeknesses are and you over came them that makes you very strong. I also beleive in calories in calories out but that dosent mean Im going to eat cake all day for my calories (my weekness) and no healthy foods and exersize my butt off It doesnt work that way moderation is the key.
