I use this. No faffing around logging in and signing up and you can mark your own points on it if you're walking off road It's a bit shabby to look at but I think it's reliable. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ I'm in UK....so all ya need to do is type where ya are on gmap and it's just like using good old googlemaps.

Now that I'm really old and grumpy I refuse to spend my money on anything diet related in terms of books and clubs other than of course the food that I chose to put in my mouth. Caffeinated - decaffeinated, fizzy - still. It matters not one jot in my opinion. Have more trust in your body's ability to regulate and maintain proper water balance. I drink anything except alcohol.

Personally I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. I could eat a whole box of that stuff and still be hungry at the end of it. How anyone survives eating one bowl for both breakfast and lunch is beyond me. Well, you did ask lol x
