I would be glad to be your friend on this journey! I started at 220lbs and lost 25lbs but slacked off and now am at 209lbs. Trying to get to 135lbs but anything is a blessing! I am starting at 1200 cals but am trying a lower carb solution. I will check back every day!

For a very long time, I could not sleep if my hands or feet were sticking out over the edge of the bed. My husband, who was a regional deadlift champion, says that if you do strength training first, you motivate your metabolism for four hours afterwards, so if you do cardio after, you are getting the best "burn" possible.

Congrats on your 12 lb loss! I only lost 7 lbs this month but I will take it!! My husband bought me an XBOX with Kinect and I have earned a green star for doing something every day. Like the others said, what you are doing now is more than you were doing so hang in there!
