Just a few simple question to help me with some thoughts/calculations. If you have lost 50+ lbs please answer these for me. 1. Did you eat at, below, or above your BMR? 2. Did you eat at, below, or above your TDEE? 3. Did you eat your excercise calories back? If so what percentage of them? 4. How often did you excercise…

Your eating fewer calories and the food is laying there causing gas. When you ate more calories the other food was pushing it down and out. I get bloated all the time now. Then I poop 3 or 4 times in a day. Then the process starts over. At least that how it works for me.

You're right a cheat meal is better than a cheat day. Maybe every two weeks or so. I've had 2 cheat meals in 4 months. I didn't plan on those, it just kinds happened. GOOD LUCK

Your ticker says you want to gain a pound?

Good Luck, my last two vacations were not food friendly. I gained 19 lbs on the first one and went off my weight loss program after the second one. GOODLUCK

You're probably not hungrier, its just that when you're sitting around you think about food and hungry you are. On the days that you're busy then you don't have the opportunity to think about that until you are done.

Exercise will help maintain or even possibly help gain more muscle which will burn more calories. The more muscle you have the more calories are burned throughout the day.

As you lose weight your BMR is naturally gonna go down because you're losing weight. What am I missing?

Do what works best for you, try to enjoy and educate yourself on this jourmey.

Treadmil, Turkey

Keep it at 1750 and only eat back half the exercise calories. that should give 1000 calorie deficit.

Any kind of nuts, peanut butter, granola bars, late night bowl of cereal

Yes, That's when I will be more likely to binge. Its a little weird. I workout on my days off a lot to try and control that. Its probably not the best choice but for the most part it works for me.
-
First, you're suppose to eat your exercise calories back. Second, Its just a general bmr based on weight, height, gender and age.
-
Congrats, thats always been my problem, gaining it all back. I'm hoping to do it better this time. I HOPE!!!

I started at 340lbs. I only weigh in once a month so after 13 weeks I lost 63 lbs, 4 1/2lbs a week.

If it works for you then great. I don't think it would work for most people. Sooner or later the weekends will creep into the week. I don't have the will power to do that but if you do then more power to you, GOODLUCK.

If they compliment you, say thank you and move on. If they persist on questions just tell them i'm eating healthier and changing to a healthier life-style.

I take acai but i also take Q10, African mango, Omega 3, Multi-Vit. Don't know if any of it works. My blood work and blood pressure came back normal after 2 months. I don't know if its the exercise, calorie reduction, vitamins or all of the above. Good Luck

The seat may be the kick in pants you need. Its a wake up call. Lose weight or the ebarrasing situations will continue, I've been there. Not being able to fit on an airplane seat, not being able to sit in a restaurant booth, people staring at you when you're eating. I'm not doing it for those reasons, but it still is a…

I started at 340lbs, I eat 1500 calories a day. I exercise 5 to 7 times a week, walking (I consider it exercise). I don't eat my exercise calories back.

1st of evry month. I do weigh myself more than that but my official day is the 1st. It gives me the opportunity to balance out my bad days or re-examine my workout schedule. I know that I am in the minority. I guess its whatever works for you.
