Build up your strength by walking. When you can do more, thats when you are going to start feeling a little better. Also do stretching, breathing exercises and walking up and down the stairs. Instead of eating back your exercise calories, eat 1400 calories a day, exercise as you would normally and see what happens. That means even on days you don't exercise eat 1400 calories. People tend to overestimate the calories they burn

She's got the right idea, go by monthly total. This way if you have a plateau for a week it may not effect your overall total for the month. I weigh in throughout the month but I only log my weight on the 1st of every month. Good Luck

Do you weigh yourself at the same time in the doctors office as you do at home? Do you weigh yourself in similar clothing? These items will have an affect on your weight.

If your lucky the fat is transferred to energy when you exercise and burns itself off. I don't believe fat can turn into muscle.

Keeping your legs up as much as possible and cardio exercise. The cardio will get your heart rate up which will move the fluid more quickly. After you exercise you will have greater edema but in the following hour you will see it decrease substantially.

Make sure the calories you're counting is accurate. Unless you have a medical condition that is slowing your weight loss, you should be losing more. The best results are in the first few weeks.

20 cups is a lot. Your kidneys may need a brake, slow down to about 10 or 12 a day.

I have Bradycardia, my heart rate is usually between 45 and 55. When I work out I can get my heart rate up to 170 depending on how much I push myself. It doesn't have a negative impact on my weightloss.

I usually fast the following day and double my exercise. that will get rid of most of the binge. If you ate as much as I usually do on a binge, 6 or 7 thousand calories then it can take 4 days. GoodLuck

I weigh in once a month. It gives me a chance to work thru plateaus and get the results I want.
