LMAO that is mine as well as the individuals who talk to you when your lifting even tho you are wearing headphones & cant hear them so you have to stop. ugh not to be anti-social but I like to workout at the gym & talk when I'm done

I'm new to this site & am just coming off a surgery so have been off for a month & am looking for some serious motivation to get me going again. I take my workouts very serious & would definitely provide motivation & feedback as needed & welcome the same. Feel free to add me :)
