My scale messed with me a bit my 1st week here so I'm slightly nervous to weigh. I've exercised 5 times a week and gone over my caloric goal 3 times in 2 weeks. I will weigh Thursday though....I promise!

I've practiced on average 3-4 times a week for the last 3 years. Do any of you also run or do another form of cardio? I'm down to my last 15 and I'm wondering if I "need" to start running as well. Thoughts?
