Good thing you don't work out at my gym. I am definitely a grunter. I also push myself harder than I ever have before and can't hold in the grunt. I may have just started but I'm only 32 days in. I think I'm doing ok. I only use bodybuilding.com for the Exercise chart to see what exercises target what and I use it to name the exercises my trainer has me do for my app. Other than that I don't go there at all. I like just about EVERYTHING on facebook. I think it's fun to have an active newsfeed full of useless garbage.

I heard from a lot of people and threads here that lifting gloves weren't good to use.

I figured I was supposed to hold it in my hand inside but Nike doesn't tell you ANYWHERE! hahahaha Thank you for confirming that. It will make me not hold onto the bars when I get tired on the treadmill too. :tongue:
