I just started lifting heavier in CrossFit, but now my hands are rough especially where my fingers and palm meet. What can I do to relieve this?

Find a really good pair of workout gloves. They will become your best friend.

Gloves help. Personally, I just shave them off occasionally.

Lifting gloves are the most common thing that people use to reduce calluses.

    Personally I love my calluses.

I heard from a lot of people and threads here that lifting gloves weren't good to use.
