I agree with JUDDDing, I would just have a snack before you run. I tend to go for dried fruit or a banana. If you do want something more, toast and peanut butter maybe? I always run in a morning though too and if I am doing a 5k, I don't tend to eat before. My rule is more than an hour have a banana but then again, I ran a…

I love the Danone Danio yogurts. Thick Greek yogurt with a fruit layer... amazing! The blueberry, passionfruit and cherry ones are best!!

I'm not a big cereal person but I love granola or muesli with Greek yogurt. You can weigh it out the night before and then just add Greek yogurt in the morning and take it to eat at work, that's what I tend to do. My other favourite is a toasted bagel with peanut butter which I also make when I get to work.

I eat every 2-3 hours. I have breakfast at 9, a mid morning snack of an apple or pear at 11, lunch at 1, a yogurt at 2, a snack between 4 and 4:30, tea at 7 and a pre-bedtime snack at 8. Looking at it like that, I eat a lot ha!

I would recommend going to a running shop such as Sweatshop or Up and Running so they can test your gait, especially if you're planning on starting to run more often. I got some cheap trainers from Sports Direct before and I had quite a few ankle problems. Getting properly tested has made such a difference to my running.

My favourite quick meal is an omelette with ham or chorizo - yum!

I like the Special K ones. The red berry and double chocolate ones are really good and they're 90 and 80 calories respectively.

I still struggle to get myself out of the house to exercise and I don't really enjoy it when I'm doing it. Why do I do it then? Because I always feel great afterwards!

I always felt like the 'big' one out of my friends and I was unhappy and insecure so I decided to do something about it! 37lbs lighter and I am a lot happier and healthier and a lot more in control :)

Mornings - before work. Although I have only just started doing this recently and I have really appreciated having my weeknights back to chill. I get up at 6:30 and do a 5K run on Monday's to Friday's and then do a long run on a Saturday morning when I have more time - and time to eat first!
-
I forgot one... perseverance is key!

Tinned chopped tomatoes with a sprinkling of chilli flakes and simmer until thickened :)

You sound like you're doing a lot already but running really helped me with my weight loss. I was mainly doing gym classes and plateaued so I upped my calories (from 1,200 to 1,400) and took up running and the difference was amazing. I started with the Couch to 5K or C25K programme which was great as I hated running before…

Cut into chunks and freeze for an hour then mix with a tablespoon of peanut butter or 50g of greek yogurt. Yum!
-
I did C25K last year and loved it! I then signed up for a 10K race and did the bridge to 10K programme. I did my first 10K in February in 55 minutes 17 seconds. Since then I've signed up for a marathon in October and have kept upping my miles. I did my longest run ever yesterday - 15 miles which I was so proud of - but…
-
I would recommend doing a 5k to 10k bridge running programme and then upping your miles from there. You should have plenty of time to train for a half though! Good luck :)

They are really high in sugar but it is natural sugars so I don't track them. I love dates as a snack and there is NO WAY I am going to stop eating them!
-
I always had the same problem until I started running and then it just sort of dropped off! If you're not a runner, I started out with the C25K plan and it was brilliant for me!

Greek yogurt. I actually eat it with everything!

I love pole dancing. It is fantastic exercise. I have been so surprised at how much strength it has giving me. I really enjoy it. I do a one hour class once a week as I agree it is expensive and run the rest of the time. My teacher has recently just got a new pole widget where she can attached silks which spin with the…
