best Indian choices?

I love Indian food but haven't had any since I've started with MFP. Everything I usually get seems amazingly high in calories. Any suggestions for good choices at an Indian restaurant?

I like Lamb or Goat Vindaloo extra spicy. That way I burn off the calories sweating lol0

I get chicken tikka with boiled rice. It's delicious0

I can suggest about some vegetarian food - Palak (Spinach) Paneer, Cabbage. Substitute chapati/roti instead of naan. Some Indian restaurants have Chole / Chana masala even thats good.
Even I like it a lot so I make it myself with very little/no oil and other unhealthy stuff.0 -
Dahl is high fiber and protein. I like palaak paneer and raj mahl and anything with chick peas or beans as the main ingredient.
You can make curry at home and control the ingredients, and have the best of both worlds, both flavor and good nutrition.0 -
Just stray from the butter sauces.0
