  • I think eating supper earlier may actually be a really good idea! I usually eat once the kids are in bed, after 7.....but on exercise days I find it hard not to nibble from their plates while feeding them supper. Or at least schedule a well planned snack at that time.
  • True! Thanks for pointing this out! I'm not being deprived! This is GOOD for me!! And I love how I feel when I eat well and exercise. And the food never tastes as good as I think it will, and I feel like crap afterwards.

  • Yes that is three servings, well I'll probably only have half a chicken breast, but for 3 people. But I also know that not all the oil makes it in as it is visible in the bottom. But I guess some of that could be from the chicken too. I wish there were a way of knowing this for sure! I like to count very accurately!

  • I have neither an IUD or use cups, but I know several ladies that do, and I have just heard that you need to be careful when removing the cup since I guess there is a slight slight chance you could dislodge the IUD. I would just make sure you break the suction before you pull out the cup and then gentle ease it out.
