I know it sounds crazy but I think water is My key to weight loss Not sure if it is the toxins or salt but I know it cleanses you and I know when I drink my water the weigh falls off! If I dont I have a hard time losing the pounds!

you can look up zumba calories burned online and there is a calculator .. for your age and weight I used that and added zumba to my workouts.. just type it in and at the bottom it will ask you to add your exercise and put the calories burned according to your weight good luck =)
