hello, I just plug in info. and it spits out calories, the amount of calories does not affect my diabetes, with my medication and insulin I do feel the need to have some carbs. during the day to keep away to low of blood sugars for me. Try tracking your sodium, those lean cuisine meals are low in calories but KILLER in sodium, I use to eat those to everyday for 2 months and the scale wouldnt budge, so I quit. I would eat a good breakfast and a light lunch and dinner....use a pedometer to see how far you walk in a day! When I go to Vegas I usually am going going going and really dont slow down to eat much during the day....or the hubby and I split an order of something good just to hold us over until dinner!

Looks like you are way over in your sodium intake, I know for me that is something I watch really closely...I also drink 8 to 10 glasses of water to help with that. If you really pay attention to "healthy" foods most of them have a lot of sodium in them!

It is a total life style change, after 2 months I dont really have to think about eating anything bad because it is habit to eat good.....if you dont eat all your calories your body will go into starvation mode making it tougher to lose the weight.

I don't use weight watchers but I use herbalife and still use this site to count calories, it's amazing how looking at what you have to spend each day makes you way more conscious of what you put in your mouth! Love all the support and encouragement from everyone else!

I agree with bbb, treat yourself occasionally, but not everyday, you want to keep the scale moving down, not up. Plus if it goes up then you will beat yourself up over it.
