  • Have you pushed cardio harder just recently? Whenever I get back to exercising after taking way too long of a break(weeks or a month or so off), I typically feel a little sluggish afterwards. But after I keep the exercising and jogging/running for 4 days a week I really start to feel more energetic afterwards.
