Friday's are typically tough to easily pack on calories in the evening. My night will go: gym, then butcher shop, then probably a steak and salad. I typically like to have a glass or two of bourbon on Friday's but since I'm working on Saturday this week, it will give me a good reason to stay active and give up the occasional weekend drink(s).0
