The scale can drive you crazy if you let it. I think once a week is sufficient. But if feel like you have been working out extra hard, or slipping back a little bit, checking in with the scale every now and then may help you keep on track.

very good question..... I can actually go a a whole day without eating. I'm one of those eat one big bad meal late at night type of girl.
