Good heavens!!    I can't imagine how uncomfortable you must have been the last while. A size 14 person in size 20 clothes!! There was a very embarrassing accident just waiting to happen... Well done you! Massive achievement. :drinker:

Now I wouldn't mind the money... but when you're all bought out, it's not gonna bring you friendship and laughter and the understanding that can only come from true love. Both please, but if I can only have one, I'll stick to what I've got!

I'll give this a go thanks!

Shreddies, Weetabix, Oats?

Bump!

I always work out before breakfast, don't much like the feeling of food in my tummy when I do exercise. Try it, the 30 day shred is not so long that it will wipe you out because you've not eaten. :-) Good luck!

Single-child BOB strollers have a weight limit of 70 lbs/32 kg.

I think if you really need a kick start for weight loss this is probably a better way of doing it!
-
Not heard of it before now. Looks AWES:heart: ME!! What has your training routine been for this?
-
You only move on when you are ready, so do a few days on level 1 and see how you feel!
-
That sounds delicious!
-
Soup! I find it very filling and easy for days I am in the office!

Thanks for all the input/advice. I think I'll add loads more greens but maybe not waste money on green drinks and ph drops! :blushing:

Aah, so all the blood tests that showed good results after eating/drinking alkaline is untrue? Must admit it sounded rather good. :blushing:
-
Would you mind telling me why you think that? I heard it on some talk Tony Robbins gave. Got me curious! :ohwell:

I am no exercise guru! But if you could up them to 1 minute instead of 20 seconds, it should be much more worth while. I did see something about very high intensity training for a few minutes having a good effect on your health, but don't bank many calories on it!

You look so very happy and proud! As you should be! Well done you, amazing result! You are beautiful.

I am trying to remember what yoga the chiropractor advised me to do, but my brain stays blank! I also have problems with my back from time to time, and she reckons that if you have strong stable core muscles, you've won half the battle!
-
Gentle yoga to increase core strength!

Hiya I must admit I felt the same a few months ago! Just the idea of it..  Started a little bit every week, very slowly started jogging, loved the buzz of it. Now doing some strength exercise as well. (30 day shred and xbox biggest loser game etc). Now if I don't exercise, within 2 or 3 days I feel sluggish and…

Good post!

Talking as an ex smoker (so don't stone me!). But you can walk around like a grumpy bear growling and snarling at everything coming your way, feeling sorry for yourself and feel every ounce of how hard it is to stop until you've convinced yourself you are better off smoking anyway, at least until next week or next month...…

Glad for you that it works! I am just about 6ft tall, and decided to follow advice from other websites to up my calories to 1500 (plus exercise cals). Unfortunately it seems to have turned around and bit me in the backside! I has taken me a while to lose 7 lbs, and with upping my calories I have put on 4lbs. So now…

Hi Katie, I also work full time. I do 30 day shred in the morning while my kids are having breakfast, then get ready for work. If I have enough time and energy in the morning or evening I'll do another bit of something. On weekends I try do at least an hour of exercise. Funny thing off course is the more you do, the more…

Empathy and wishing them luck! Awesome that they don't sit on the sofa just talking about it, they are actually out doing it! And when I am running, sure I get embarrassed, but pretty soon all my focus is simply in keeping going!

I am sad enough to watch 'Supernanny'! And I think she'll agree with the sugar not affecting kid's behaviour as such, it is usually the excitement that comes with it that makes for the behaviour! (Christmas, birthday, any party etc) All in moderation, I suppose!
-
Definitely gets easier! Felt like I was half dead the first few days, but over the weekend decided to go back to level 1 just to check how many calories it burns, and at the end I was rather smugly thinking 'Is that all you got Ms Michaels?'
-
I am hoping to change my eating habits to be very clean during the week and relax it over weekends. Trying to find a bit of balance I suppose! From what I read a treat day is good for your mind as well as metabolism.
-
Me please! Hoping it will keep motivation going! March 1st: 25 minute 30 day shred, 15 minute biggest loser kinect, 10 minutes rowing.

First time you noticed?! You got to be joking me, there is such a massive difference! Well done you!! :drinker:
