I have spicy butternut squash soup - homemade - with a wholemeal pitta bread. Works out at 229 cal. filling and warming.

I do - I can't get on with programs - so I just run as far as I can - I use mapmyrun to track how far/fast I've gone and I try to get better/faster/further. I used to hate running but now I love it!

I don't have time to eat and then let it go down before I run in the morning so, like you said, I roll out of bed, go for my run and then come back and have breakfast. I also discovered when I tried to go for a run after work, that my body far prefers me to run first thing than in the evening!

I also use Mapmyrun - you can run it in the background and then select whatever you like to listen to - it just fades out the music when it wants to talk to you - although I am not sure it does motivational speeches...

I used to get horrible thrush when I used both tampons and pads - dried me out entirely and I love my mooncup - no mess, no fuss and no itching!
