wow...I'm shocked. I can't imagine a MD supporting such a restrictive diet...and injecting hormones into your body??? Reminds me of people who eat tape worms to lose weight.....horrid. Wake up people...there is no quick fix here. Healthy eating and exercise. If you over eat to the point that you can't lose weight, get help…

Hope I am not too late to join this challenge. I need to be accountable day by day.... Tomorrow my goals are as follows: 1.) clean my house after work 2.) drink all my water 3. log all my food I am going to try really really hard.....thanks mfp friends for all your support.

Skinny Saturday helped me stay on track this weekend so far. I have a habit of falling off on weekends. Did double exercise however did not get all the water in...but I am happy to have logged on every single morsel that touched my lips and ended up with calories left....yahooooo

don't give up...come back tomorrow. you will find support and motivation here. It is probably a good idea to stay away from mcdonalds until you have some time under your belt. Personally, I fight not going through all drive through food places....I keep my purse in the trunk so I don't get tempted. :)
