I eat whenever I feel hungry. If I workout early in the morning I generally eat afterwards, hasn't stopped my weightloss from progressing. Just listen to your body :)

I find motivation when I first started was thinking of my short terms goals rather than my long term goals. also now after 3 and a bit months it is just habit to workout I feel yuck if I dont work out once a day :)

Wow go you!! Awesome progress you should be so proud of yourself! I was in the same boat no noticing any change when I looked in the mirror (even though I had dropped 2 sizes) so I compared a new photo with an old one and I was shocked. GO GIRL YOU SHOULD BE PROUD!!!

Thanks so much! Just keeping to my 1200 calories and exercising my big (soon to be small) butt. I found this time around that mixing up my exercise routine has really helped I do 1 hr kettlebell sessions, kickfit (like crossfit but boxing) and I now go for runs which I could never do when I started!

You didnt know your spine compresses during the day in turn making you slightly shorter (not that much) and lengthens while you sleep? How old are you?

I was very againsty this idea then today I watched this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pfna7nV7WaM&feature=share and it has slightly changed my views, however I will probably not IF I think it can be beneficial for some especially after seeing all the awesome physical, mental results in this bbc documentary :)

Yes and frozen berries are a must!! I find almond milk sweetens cereals aswell

quinoa, almond milk, peppers, broccoli, chicken, steak (with fat removed), wholegrain oats, tuna, ryvita rye crispbreads, bananas, pinenuts (in salads), ground lsa (linseed, sunflower and almond), lite cottage cheese, tomatos.
