Hello Motivation... Where are you!?!?!?

Does anyone else have a real problem with finding the motivation to exercise???
If so... how do you overcome? i need strategies!! HELP!

    I find it helps to focus on the shirt term reward if feeling better, rather than the long term reward if health and looking better.

    Also, instead of thinking about what you're putting in, think about what you'll get out of it.

    I don't know about others but for me motivation comes from within me. Motivation is your own will. You have to want what your goals are more than what your laziness is telling you
  • I find motivation when I first started was thinking of my short terms goals rather than my long term goals. also now after 3 and a bit months it is just habit to workout I feel yuck if I dont work out once a day :)
