Does anyone else have a real problem with finding the motivation to exercise???

I find it helps to focus on the shirt term reward if feeling better, rather than the long term reward if health and looking better.0

I don't know about others but for me motivation comes from within me. Motivation is your own will. You have to want what your goals are more than what your laziness is telling you0

I find motivation when I first started was thinking of my short terms goals rather than my long term goals. also now after 3 and a bit months it is just habit to workout I feel yuck if I dont work out once a day0
