Thanks! I had never heard of it before and it just struck me as very strange.

Bump!

Mine is my last name and the date I married my hubby :)

Wahoo! Looking great! What a big difference :)

I used to feed our dogs Taste of the Wild Salmon (which I LOVE) but we recently discovered that Costo's grain-free salmon food is EXACTLY the same as Taste of the Wild. They're even made in the same factory. Best of all, the cost is about $20 less for a bigger bag.

I still have another 40 lbs until I reach my UGW, but I've already lost 19 which is really exciting. I have hypothyroidism and PCOS, so weight loss has always been a slow battle for me. I'm happy with any progress in the right direction since I'm in this for the long-haul. I currently weigh 180 and would LOVE to weigh 140.…

I try (though often fail) to focus on getting stronger rather than losing weight. I know that as I build more muscle and endurance and create healthy habits for myself, the weight will eventually follow. It's so hard to get caught up with the numbers on the scale, but I'm in this for the long-haul.

I've lost 20 so far, and I still don't notice much at all. Maybe a little in my face, but not much elsewhere.

I've been diagnosed hypo for over 10 years now, but I just found out a few months ago that I have hashimotos. Losing weight is such a battle! Would love to add others for support!

I definitely think so. Besides the fact that it tastes better and lasts longer than regular milk, it doesn't have the crazy hormones that normal milk is full of. Antibiotics and hormones that normal cows are fed goes straight to their milk and into your and your children's bodies. If I had kids, I know I wouldn't want to…

I agree, I usually do it on a non-lifting day. After lifting, I can't imagine trying to hold myself up in a lot of the poses. I think I would end up spending the majority of my time in child's pose.

I was only able to do 10 lbs and it was really tough! I used to have such strong upper body strength, so it's a bit discouraging. I'm doing my second 1B workout tomorrow, so hopefully I can kick it up a notch!

I started last week and was very sore after the first few workouts. I didn't feel too sore after my last one, so I probably need to up my weights! Yoga is always a really great way to help with soreness and tightness. I'm going tonight!

Right?! Submitted at exactly the same time too. Crazy!

Try this: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ It's a really great calorie calculator that is based off your BRM and TDEE. Hope this helps!

Also feel free to add me!

This is week 2 for me! Definitely feeling sore, but stronger already! Push-ups are getting easier every day :)

Definitely get a second opinion. I have been healing from 3 herniated discs over the past four months, and was finally able to start lifting again last week. I still can't run for the time being, but I don't think you should NEVER be able to do them again. You just might not be able to do everything right now.

First, you have already lost 10 lbs. As others have said, losing weight doesn't happen overnight. You should be really encouraged that you've already had so much success. Second, how can you expect to lose weight so fast if you're still eating such unhealthy foods. I'm sorry to say, but your diary is full of junk food:…

Add me as well :) I have about 40 left to lose too. I really want to make sure that I'm at a healthy weight before I start having kids.

Yoga is for every shape and size. There will probably be some poses that are more difficult for you, but you will be so excited as they get easier and easier with every class. Plus, yoga is so refreshing and relaxing while also being a great workout for your body. I just recommend that you research a good studio that is…

Eek.... like 2.5 years old... I guess it's time to change it up with one that actually reflects how I look now.
-
Eeek... I gained about 4. I guess it could have been worse, but I'm still bummed. It's just amazing what a few weeks of poor eating can do to your weight loss!

I try to eat 6 small meals throughout the day, but I try (and am not always successful) to make my largest meal lunch. That way I have some time to digest my meal before going to bed. This helps me stay satisfied so I don't get hungry and over-eat.
-
I'm interested too! I asked for one for Christmas as well. I have a gym membership, but on days that I don't feel like going out (especially during the cold winter months) it would be great to mix it up and do something fun!

I'm 5'5 and started at 199. Since I have PCOS and thyroid issues it's taken a while for the weight to come up, but I'm finally down 20 lbs! Add me if you're in the same boat. I can always use the extra friends to help encourage/motivate!

I too almost make one every day. Here is my recipe! Water 1/2 banana Protein powder (non-flavored) 2 large hand fulls of spinach and kale Frozen Mango Frozen Pineapple Tastes absolutely delicious and is REALLY good for you.

Yep! I completely switched from traditional medicine to supplements, and I feel SO much better. I have hypo-thyroid, PCOS, and adrenal insufficiency. Cinnamon Ashtwaganda D3 B12 Fish Oil Green Food Gastro Fiber NAC Multivitamin Adrenal Support Curcumin

I'm in too! I can definitely use the extra motivation :)

I'm in! Especially with the holidays quickly approaching, I REALLY need to do this. Feel free to add me for support :)
