Ok, maybe I live under a rock... but can someone please explain? http://www.dailypercolator.com/food_ventures/bulletproofcoffee/ How does coffee + butter + coconut oil lead to weight loss...? Seems like something Dr. Oz would endorse IMO.

Protein!
My protein is constantly low, and I struggle to find ways to get more of it into my diet. I do eat some meat, but I'm not a huge meat-eater. I'd love to hear any suggestions because I really need to get better about eating more of it. Thanks!

~1 Year Later, 19 lbs Down (PICS)
It's hard to believe that it's already been over a year since joining MFP, but I have successfully lost 19 lbs and have maintained this loss. Food Suggestions
I'm just staring this program, and I'm curious to hear what staples are part of your diet. I get easily bored eating the same foods over and over again, so it would be great to see what options I have :)

Types of foods to eat more?
With very limited results eating 1200 calories a day, I've decided to try something new... EAT MORE. However, what should I be eating more of? I'm assuming that these calories shouldn't be from junk food or unhealthy foods, so what do you eat to hit that calorie mark? Thanks!

Calf pain when running
I've completed my first two days of the program, and so far I've been able to finish each session. However, while running I get severe calf pain. I've never been a runner, so I'm not sure how to make the pain go away. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with calf pain? Thanks!
